This Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as the Policy, has been prepared in order to demonstrate that personal data is processed and secured in accordance with the legal requirements regarding the principles of data processing and protection, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals and in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR).
We use state-of-the-art technical measures and organizational solutions that ensure a high level of protection of personal data processing and protection against access by unauthorized persons.

II. Purpose of processing:
AGRO-MAX processes the personal data of Contractors in particular for the purpose of:
providing services related to the subject of our activity,
order fulfillment,
direct marketing of the services offered,
preparation of offers,
performing maintenance services,
sales contracts,
service contracts.
III. Data type :
AGRO-MAX processes the following personal data:
first name and last name,
address for correspondence,
entrepreneur company,
business address,
phone number,
e-mail adress,
number nip,
PESEL number.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract or acceptance of the complaint, when the return is made directly to the Counterparty’s bank account, please provide the account number in order to refund the amount due.
IV. Legal basis for processing:
Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
We process your personal data with your consent, expressed at the time of entering into a sales contract or a contract for the provision of services and other activities related to our business as indicated in point II of this Policy.
Consent to the processing of your data is completely voluntary, however, the lack of consent prevents you from making purchases from us and providing our services.
In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the following rights:
You can withdraw your consent at any time - without giving any reason. The request may relate to the purpose of processing indicated by you, but it may also apply to all processing purposes. Withdrawal of consent for all purposes of processing will cause your personal data to be deleted in our system.
You can request us to delete your data at any time - without giving a reason. The request to delete data will not affect the activities already performed. Deletion of data means that your data will not be processed by us.
You can request that we limit the processing of your personal data, either for a certain period of time or to a certain extent - we will act in accordance with your decision. This request will not affect the activities already performed.
You can request us to correct or rectify your personal data at any time.
At any time, you can object to the processing of your data, both in its entirety and for the purpose indicated by you. The objection will not affect actions already performed.
At any time, you can request information from us about the scope of processing your personal data by us.
We are required to inform you no later than one month after receiving each request of the action we have taken.
V. Duration of personal data storage:
Personal data will be processed until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, and after such cancellation, for the period of limitation of claims to which the data controller is entitled and in relation to him.
The administrator has the right to process personal data for security purposes, preventing fraud, extortion, as well as for the purpose of performing statistical and analytical activities for a period of up to 5 years from the end of the contract.
If under other separate provisions of law (e.g. the Accounting Act, Tax Ordinance), personal data will be stored for the period required by the provisions indicated above in order to enable the legal requirements of these provisions.

Your personal data, apart from the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, will not be made available to third parties in any way, and in particular will not be transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending third-party marketing materials.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union without your consent.

VII. Final Provisions
In matters not covered by the Policy, generally applicable provisions of law, including in particular the provisions of the GDPR, shall apply.
The Policy has been drawn up in writing in one copy. The signed original of the Policy is stored at the Administrator's place of business.
The policy enters into force on May 25, 2018.
The policy is in force until it is changed or repealed. If necessary, at least once every six months, the Administrator reviews the Policy, taking into account in particular the analysis of the effects of its application for the protection of personal data and the protection of the rights and freedoms of data subjects. The Administrator will amend the Policy, in particular if the applicable legal regulations regarding the protection of personal data change.
